Listed below are common questions that we receive from clients prior to admission. If your question is not answered here, please call us at (651) 207-1766 or Contact Us here.

Do you allow cell phones?

Cell phones and other electronics with Wi-Fi capabilities are not permitted at The Heights. We do have a phone line that is dedicated for our residents to make calls during their stay here.

May I smoke cigarettes?

Yes. We have designated smoking areas outside the building. E-cigarettes and vaping devices are not allowed in our facility.

What do I bring?

Pack as if you were leaving for 2 weeks. We provide feminine products, laundry machines and soap, as well as basic necessities. Pack pictures of your loved ones, clothes and shoes.

What are the visiting hours?

Scheduled visiting hours are on Saturday & Sunday from 1:00- 4:00 pm.

Do I share a bedroom?

It is possible, as there are a few rooms with two beds. The majority of residents will have individual rooms. Room assignments are based on availability.

May I have my vehicle there?

Unfortunately, we do not have ample parking places for residents to leave their vehicles here. Please make arrangements ahead of time for a place to leave your vehicle during your time here.

Should I have my mail forwarded there?

No. You are welcome to have mail sent here from loved ones while you are here, but do please do not list this as your permanent address. Any mail received by our facility while you are not an active resident will be returned to sender unless prior arrangements are made.

What about my medications?

We have a LPN scheduled full time, in addition to our 24/7 Chemical Dependency technicians. All medications are monitored and administered directly from our team of professionals.

What’s the food like?

We provide our clients with 3 healthy meals per day in addition to snacks and beverages. We have scheduled meal times where our residents can all sit together and socialize during meal times.
