Admission to the heights

Admissions to The Heights residential program is determined on a case-by-case basis, and is limited to women over age 18.

Our staff will evaluate each applicant, working with healthcare professionals and the individual to determine the best and most effective course of treatment.

Health insurance

Add your pricing strategy. Be sure to include important details like value, length of service, and why it’s unique.

Private Pay

We will work with you to coordinate financial arrangements prior to admission.

Sub comp Assessment

We accept government funding, including consolidated funding.

The Heights accepts referrals online or via fax at 651-323-2591

Be sure your referral includes the following information:

  • Name and phone number of the party referring

  • Client name and phone number

  • Referral type (self, professional, family, friend, other)

  • Insurance provider

  • MA#/Insurance #

  • Client needs

  • SUD Comp Assessment
